FEATURED COLLABORATION

Klir Online founder Danniebelle Gunter has been invited to contribute as a guest expert for the Digital Declutter theme from The Mindful Brew Project, delivered through the Empowered Women UK community.

The project explores digital boundaries as a form of emotional self-care and examines how social media feeds and algorithms can quietly influence our mood, stress levels and wellbeing.

Klir Online will bring the practical, behind-the-scenes knowledge needed to help women understand what shapes their feeds and take greater control of their online experience.

The guest expert video will explore how to:

  • Clean up an Instagram or Facebook feed
  • Mute or unfollow accounts without confrontation
  • Reduce unnecessary notifications
  • Understand how algorithms respond to online behaviour
  • Retrain a feed through intentional interaction
  • Find and follow content that informs, inspires or supports
  • Create healthier digital boundaries
  • Use social media more purposefully

The collaboration reflects Klir Online’s belief that digital wellbeing is not only about spending less time online. It is also about improving the quality of what we see, follow and engage with.

The Mindful Brew Project is delivered by Empowered Women UK with funding from The National Lottery.

OUR IMPACT MODEL
