Digital Wellbeing · Guest Expert Collaboration
HELPING WOMEN TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR FEEDS.
Klir Online founder Danniebelle Gunter has been invited to contribute as a guest expert to The Mindful Brew Project, a two-year women’s wellbeing initiative in Nottingham delivered by Empowered Women UK and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
The collaboration focuses on Digital Declutter — helping women create a healthier and more intentional relationship with their online world.
THE CHALLENGE
OUR FEEDS SHAPE MORE THAN WHAT WE SEE.
Social media can connect, educate and inspire us.
But constant scrolling, comparison, notifications and unwanted content can also create digital overload.
Digital Declutter looks beyond simple screen-time advice and asks a more useful question:
What are we allowing into our digital space?
THE KLIR ONLINE CONTRIBUTION
MAKING DIGITAL WELLBEING PRACTICAL.
Klir Online brings a digital strategy perspective to the wellbeing conversation, helping women understand that they have more control over their online environment than they may realise.
The contribution explores:
AUDIT YOUR FEED
Notice which accounts inform, inspire or drain you.
UNFOLLOW WITH INTENTION
Create space for content that better supports where you are going.
RESET YOUR ALGORITHM
Understand how your behaviour influences what platforms continue to show you.
CREATE BOUNDARIES
Decide when and how digital spaces deserve your attention.
SCROLL WITH PURPOSE
Move away from automatic consumption towards more conscious choices.
THE BIGGER IDEA
DIGITAL WELLBEING ISN’T ABOUT LEAVING THE INTERNET.
It’s about learning how to use it on your own terms.
The collaboration connects Klir Online’s digital expertise with a wider conversation around wellbeing, confidence and healthier online habits.
WHY THIS MATTERS TO KLIR ONLINE
Digital strategy is not only about reach, followers or conversions.
We also believe people should understand the digital environments they spend time in and feel more confident making choices about what they consume.
That is where digital visibility and digital wellbeing can exist side by side.
