Every Business Has a Story. This One Started With a Purpose.
When people see Klir Online today, they see a growing digital studio supporting businesses, charities, CICs and community organisations across Nottingham and beyond.
What they don’t always see is the journey behind it.
The setbacks.
The self-doubt.
The career changes.
The moments when giving up would have been easier than carrying on.
In March 2026, Klir Online founder Danniebelle Gunter sat down with Bold Journey to discuss the realities of entrepreneurship, purpose and building a business designed to create opportunities for others.
The feature wasn’t just about business growth.
It was about resilience.
Building Something Bigger Than a Business
Klir Online was never created simply to sell marketing services.
It was created to solve a problem.
Too many small businesses, charities, CICs and underrepresented founders were being left behind digitally.
Many had incredible ideas, valuable services and powerful community impact, but lacked the visibility, confidence and support needed to grow.
The mission became clear:
Help organisations tell their stories.
Help communities become more visible.
Help people access opportunities.
What started as a passion for marketing evolved into something much bigger.
A social business focused on creating impact.
Turning Challenges Into Purpose
Like many entrepreneurs, the journey has not always been straightforward.
Building a business requires resilience, adaptability and an ability to keep moving forward when things don’t go to plan.
Every challenge brought a lesson.
Every setback brought growth.
Every obstacle helped shape the values that now sit at the heart of Klir Online.
Those experiences created a business grounded in empathy, inclusion and community impact.
Because when you’ve faced barriers yourself, you understand the importance of helping others overcome theirs.
Why Representation Matters
One of the themes explored in the Bold Journey feature was representation.
For many women, Black founders, disabled entrepreneurs and people from underrepresented backgrounds, simply seeing someone who looks like them building a successful business can be incredibly powerful.
Representation creates possibility.
It helps people believe they belong in spaces where they may not have previously seen themselves.
Klir Online is proud to be part of that wider conversation.
Not because we have all the answers, but because visibility matters.
More Than Marketing
Today, Klir Online supports organisations through:
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Design & SEO
• Branding & Design
• Digital Skills Training
• AI and Marketing Workshops
• Community Capacity Building
But the real goal has always been bigger than marketing.
The goal is confidence.
The goal is opportunity.
The goal is helping organisations and individuals realise their potential.
What We’ve Learned
The Bold Journey interview created an opportunity to reflect on some of the most important lessons from the journey so far.
Success is not always linear
Growth often happens during the most difficult periods.
Visibility matters
People cannot support what they cannot see.
Community is everything
No business grows alone.
Purpose creates resilience
When your mission matters, it becomes easier to keep going through challenges.
Impact and profit can coexist
Businesses can be commercially successful while creating positive social change.

Why This Story Matters
The Bold Journey feature is not a celebration of one person.
It is a reminder that purpose-led businesses matter.
It demonstrates that entrepreneurship can be used as a tool for creating opportunities, strengthening communities and supporting positive change.
Klir Online’s story is still being written.
But if there is one thing that remains constant, it is this:
We are not just building a business.
We are building opportunities.
